End User Agreement

Effective 2026-10-01. Applies to Pinwheel Restore and Pinwheel Worklog Reminder for Jira Cloud (the "Apps").

The Apps are licensed under the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0) (the "Standard Agreement"), a free, standard agreement for Atlassian Marketplace apps. The Provider is Ryan Dowdy, doing business as Pinwheel, 402 King Farm Blvd, Ste 125 #PMB 1123, Rockville, MD 20850, USA. The Provider-Specific Terms below form part of it and take precedence where they conflict with it.

Additional Terms

1. Data. The Apps run on Atlassian's Forge platform and declare no external network access. Customer data the Apps store remains in Atlassian-hosted storage for the customer's site, as described in the Pinwheel Privacy Policy. The Provider does not receive a copy of it.
2. No service levels. The Provider offers no uptime or response-time commitments. The Apps' availability depends on Atlassian's Forge platform and Jira Cloud.
3. Restore is a convenience, not a backup. Pinwheel Restore recreates deleted work items from copies made after installation. It does not replace a backup, does not restore attachments, worklogs, links or history, and gives restored items new keys.
